The WAYS in which stories can be delivered to audiences have increased dramatically in just a few years. Visitors to a museum have a variety of ways they can listen to and explore exhibits through sound - with listening wands,MP3 players, CDs and informational kiosks and video.  And now travelers can listen on CDs, MP3 players and even cell phones. 

Sleight Brennan Communication has done a number of Museum and Audio Tour Project. Here are some samples.

SOUND TRACKS: AN AUDIO TOUR OF SOUTHEAST OHIO (1991) This two hour round-trip audio tape tour uses a documentary format to tell the history of the countryside and of an historic road in rural southeastern Ohio. Click here to listen to or download a MP3 sample

    1992 Blue Ribbon for Media Production, Ohio Association of Historical Societies and Museums. 

COUNTRY ROADS: AN AUDIO TOUR OF GALLIA COUNTY, OHIO  (1993) This 1 1/2 hour audio tour uses a documentary format to focus on the history of the region and points of interest along the roadside. The project was funded by Bob Evans Farms.  Click here to listen to or download a MP3 sample.

A re-design of the Military Room in the Increase Mathews House in Zanesville. This exhibit tells the story of the Muskingum County men and women who served in the military.
